    White Chocolate Cake Pops

    Cake pops were (up until recently) something fairly new to me. I’d never made them previously but can honestly say that after making these, I have no idea why I hadn’t!!! They are delicious! I think it’s possibly because the buttercream is mixed in with the cake pieces, it forms a really smooth and creamy cake consistency. I’ve made mine using white chocolate (current fave) but if you’re more partial to milk or dark, simply switch that element.     White Choc Chip Cupcakes

    Until recently, I always swayed more to milk or dark chocolate. Now I don’t know what’s happened but I’ve become completely obsessed with white chocolate. I’m honestly not sure where that’s come from but I cannot get enough of it! So much so that I can no longer buy the 200g bars from Asda because once that bad boy is open, there’s no stopping me! I had to, therefore, find a way of adding this white chocolatey goodness to some of my latest cupcake creations. Well, they did not disappoint.     Chocolate Sprinkle Biscuits

    This is a great activity to complete with kids or actually, even without. The result is 12 white chocolate dipped biscuits (cookies is you’re not in the UK), coated in colourful sprinkles. The beauty of this is that it’s a really simple idea that creates a treat for people of any age to have at any occasion (or no occasion, we made ours on a Sunday afternoon). Feel free to switch up the digestives for another biscuit, you could choose your favourite.
