Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees (170 for fan assisted)
Blend the oats until they are of a fine consistency
Add the remaining ingredients and blend again
Spray oil (or grease) an oven proof single pie dish
Pour the oats blended mixture into the pie dish
Bake for 25-30 minutes
Drizzle with melted biscoff spread
Eat when cooled a little but still warm (alternatively cover and place in the fridge for the next morning and then re-heat).
