Banana and Biscoff Baked Oats

A vegan friendly recipe

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g Porridge Oats
  • 100 ml Oat Milk
  • 15 g Biscoff Spread plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees (170 for fan assisted)
  • Blend the oats until they are of a fine consistency
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend again

  • Spray oil (or grease) an oven proof single pie dish
    spraying spray oil into a 1 portion pie dish
  • Pour the oats blended mixture into the pie dish
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes
  • Drizzle with melted biscoff spread
  • Eat when cooled a little but still warm (alternatively cover and place in the fridge for the next morning and then re-heat).
